The entrance fee and annual subscription for each class of member of the Association shall be determined from time to time by the Council.
All classes of members shall be advised of any changes in entrance fees and annual subscriptions as determined by the Council from time to time.
Annual subscriptions shall become payable on 01 July of each year, and statements in respect thereof shall be dispatched by the Administrator to each member at least 30 days prior to the due date for payment.
If the annual subscription or any other amounts owed by any member remain unpaid for a period of 30 days after the beginning of the financial year, the Administrator shall by letter request payment of the full amount within 60 days from the date of that letter. If the member fails to pay the full subscription fee in the said 60 days, such member shall cease to be in good standing.
Any person who desires to have his membership restored after it has been terminated in terms of Clause 8.4 shall be subjected to the rules and procedures prescribed for an application for new membership as provided for in terms of Clause 7 hereof.
Any member or any representative of any member who is not in good standing shall not be appointed to any committee or elected to any office and any such member or such representative of any member appointed to any committee or office shall have his membership of that committee or office lapse immediately upon his ceasing to be in good standing.
